Here's some pictures from Zack's phone lately...
Hiking...
For Zane's class, each student is asked to create a "Star Student" poster during the year to tell about themselves. Besides helping a tiny bit to print out pictures, Zane did this poster completely by himself. He organized it, came up with the ideas, and even spelled everything right. I was proud of my big guy!
Zane has been so into collecting! He loves sports cards and loves organizing them in different ways.
Smith hiked for less than a mile, and then wanted to ride in the backpack. :)
Emmy with her new doll, Hans.
She got a princess castle tent from Papa for her birthday! We have used it a ton.
Zane signed up to be the "mystery reader" in Emmy's classroom. They ask for parents to sneak in and the kids have to guess who is going to read them a book. They didn't expect a brother to come in. :) Emmy was so surprised.
Zane picked one of his favorite Mo Willem's books to read.
He did SO well. He read with expression and showed them pictures. The preschoolers thought it was cool that Zane is only 6 and reading to them.
Snuggles!!
We have finally got our act together to take some family bike rides. Smith and Molly can ride in the trailer and the rest of us can go pretty far on our bikes...
Usually Smith won't dress up in any costume besides Superheroes, but this day, he humored Emmy and dressed up like Anna while they played Frozen...
New birthday legos!!! She has LOVED having these princess Legos.
Silly faces
Emmy took these during swim lessons.
More tennis another day...
At Emmy's school, they do a "Mother's Day Tea" where they prepare a bunch of crafts and writing and projects for their moms and then they serve us snacks and drinks and perform for us. It is the cutest thing. Emmy was so happy to have me at school and was so sweet. I felt loved for sure.
This is a picture she drew of me. I love the details. :)
More super heroes...
People in the waiting room were cracking up watching her take pictures of herself. Haha
She's so funny - she shows everyone her cool trick - touching her tongue to her nose.
