Halloween Parties

This year, we had a lot of different parties to go to for Halloween.  Zane and Emmy stuck to their costumes that they had planned on but little Smith wore a different one to each event. 

Every year, our church has a huge party called Fall Fest.  There's lot's to do and lot's of candy! Since Zack works at it the whole time, we went with Judi and Bob and Jord and Molly.

 Zack was dressed up like George W. Bush (the mask is pushed up) in an 80's outfit and I was a butterfly.

 I helped with Zane's fall party at school.
They did the cutest monster craft with paint samples.

 I went to the Corn Maze with a few girls and other youth group leaders.

 I sat next to these guys at the fire pit. Yikes!

 Then, Zane's school had a big carnival type party.  Smith refused to be a pirate with Emmy.  This time, he asked specifically to be the "Incredibles" Actually it's Dash from the movie Incredibles.

 Halloween night - I barely got any pictures!  I  wish I had more.
We just had a great dinner and then went out and trick or treated around our neighborhood.  We left a huge bowl of candy out with a note to take a handful. And then we came home afterwards and ate pumpkin pie.

Zane's blurry in this one, but this was them putting out our candy for other people - they had to have it just right.

 This night, Smith asked to be Spiderman. His big winter coat fit perfectly underneath.  So he was a super puffy little guy.  He kept up so well with the big kids.  He knew just what to do and say - except when he tried to give candy to the people at the doors.

 I love this one. :)
